Shipping Policy

Scenic Beauty store relies primarily and uses the same shipping policy and services provided by Shopify, Inc.  However, in addition to this we also provided our own shipping policy as shown below.

Standard Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days.
  • All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
  • Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
  • Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
  • Items which are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days.
  • Custom items can take between 5-15 business days to ship.

NOTE: Many of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, you may receive multiple packages.

Shipping      

FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders $75.00 or more shipping within the US.  Freight items do not apply.

  • United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service(USPS), Fedex, DHL are the package service used by the Hibadger store. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS and Fedex Ground and UPS services.
  • Some items do require freight shipping. Freight shipping costs are charged after the item ships. Unless otherwise requested, all freight items ship via ground service.
  • Expedited methods of shipping are also available, such as UPS Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air. There is no guarantee that orders received after 11 am EST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same day shipments. NOTE: UPS Next Day Air requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday), this does not include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.
  • The Hibadger store is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
  • The Hibadger store is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.
  • All packages are insured when they leave The Hibadger store. If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. The Hibadger store is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • We charge per UPS published rates.

Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.

Canadian

  • Packages ship UPS Standard to Canada
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the destination or DIM weight of the package.

International

  • Packages ship UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.

 

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your decision to buy from The Hibadger store and that's why we're offering this bold "No Risk, No Stress, Try It" guarantee. It’s very simple. If you're not happy with a product you’ve purchased from us, we’re going to make it right.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of it being delivered to you regardless of whether it's been used. We'll even cover the *shipping costs to send it back to us. How’s that for NO RISK?!
  • Returns of unused products after 30 days will receive a store credit for up to 365 days from the day of purchase.
  • Custom items can be returned if they were received damaged or do not match the approved proof on file.

Here's the simple, easy process for returning product to us:

  2. We'll email you with shipping instructions.
  3. We'll process your refund or store credit within 7 business days of receiving the material.
  4. We'll email you once the refund or credit has been processed.

* Restrictions Apply: Free return shipping is via United States Postal Service(USPS), only from within the United States within 30 days of purchase. Does not apply to freight shipments. Does not apply to Canadian and International return shipments. Returns made after 30 days do not qualify for free return shipping and may incur a restocking fee.  Management has the right to deny refunds in certain circumstances.
